Hi , I have an English friend working here in qatar. He got a NOC from his employer who he has worked for for One year., The project he was on was a 5 year one. We were told at immigration that it was a none transferable visa. As the project is now ending before completion, he thought it would be easy to transfer to another sponsor but no.! Immigration says its a non transferable vis. He has the backing and an NOC from his old sponsor and has a letter of contract for a new sponsor Is there anything he can do. Thanks!!
